Business Development Manager - Head Office, Glenelg
Full Time
A Corporate Travel Business Development Manager (BDM) will work closely with the Corporate Travel Operations Manager to source and secure new Corporate Travel clients, whilst maintaining our valued corporate partnerships.
The BDM is responsible for:
- identifying new business opportunities
- building and maintaining client relationships
- developing strategic plans to drive company growth
- conducting market research
- creating sales strategies
- preparing and presenting proposals
The BDM works with Corporate Travel Account Managers and the Marketing Coordinator to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
While there is a requirement to work outside of normal office hours, the role does afford flexibility.

Experience and skills required:
- Minimum of 1 year in retail travel sales
- Proficient in the use of SABRE or similar GDS
- Experience in use of a mid-office system
- Well travelled
- Team oriented
- Excellent customer service ethic and problem-solving skills
- Organised with a strong attention to detail
